Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase, In the event you are not completely satisfied;
we accept returns within 30 days of delivery time.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and must be returned in its original packaging with all labels attached.
Returns of damaged merchandise or late returns exceeding the 30-day policy may not qualify for a refund.
Original Taxes & duties or Shipping & handling fees, if applicable, are not refundable.
If you wish to redeem any sales taxes or custom duties, please contact your local customs bureau directly.
Please note customs inspection and transit time can take up to 15 days for the package to be returned.
We do our best to process returns in a timely manner,
please allow up to 5 business days from the moment we receive back the merchandise, to insure refund is complete.
You will be notified of the transaction with an email alert as soon as the refund is finalized.
Allow additional days for your banking institution to process payment and post it to your account.
Unfortunately, free returns do not apply to final sales.
Refunds can only be issued to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.

At this moment, we cannot assist you with exchanges.
We suggest you order the new size or style as a new purchase and return to us the unwanted merchandise;
we will then process the returned merchandise with a refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

We offer free return shipping to Canada & the United States.
For all other countries, a flat rate of 20$ (which can be credited for a next purchase)
will be charged to cover custom duties.
-Please complete the return form included in your package (with a copy of the invoice and reason for return).
-Repackage your order in its original packaging.
-Remove any original mailing labels from the shipping box and paste the return label on the parcel.
-Include 4 copies of the commercial invoice under the return shipping label in the plastic envelope.
If the forms are not complete, the package won’t pass Customs.
-Please write on the shipping box “return of Canadian Merchandise”.
-Drop your package at your local FedEx drop-off center.

For all other countries, please visit Fedex.com and find the customer service number to inquire for a pick-up.
In the event you decide to use your own courier for the return service,
Masabni is not responsible for its shipping fees or for loss, delays and damaged returns.
In this case, we recommend you use an insured shipping service with a tracking number from your courier provider.
